One Step Beyond Open Water Swim Practices

Join OSB coaches Marty Gaal and Daniel Scagnelli for a few open water practices. Our 2019 practice schedule:

Weekday practices start at 600PM. Weekend practices start at 810AM. We practice at Seaforth Recreation Beach area (on the far right or south end of the beach) for all practices unless otherwise notified. Park entrance fee is $7 per vehicle from Memorial Day thru Labor day and on weekends in May and September.

If you are a total stranger to our swim or triathlon teams, email Marty a t t osbmultisport dawt com prior to attending to discuss your experience level and appropriateness for these practices and to confirm the dates which may change for unforeseen reasons.
