OSB Open Water Clinics

Join OSB coaches Bri & Marty Gaal for a three hour open water swim training clinic on the beach in various locations around North Carolina. We currently have two open water clinics remaining during the summer of 2010:

September 19 - Johnny Mercer Pier, Wrightsville Beach, NC

Itinerary:
815-845 - Introduction and lecture: Open Water Racing
845-915 - Open Water starts, turns, finishes
915-9945 - Open Water sighting, drafting, and dealing with crowds or anxiety
945-1015 - Swimming - under supervision
1015-1100 - Lecture: Swim training for triathlon
1100 - Clinic ends

Cost:
$80 with a copy of the Powerstroke: Speed through force and form DVD.
$60 without the DVD.

Current OSB athletes, IOSDT members, and IOS Triathlon Series racers receive a discount. Maximum 20 athletes. Email Coach Marty for a discount code you can apply on checkout.

What is included: Your coaches and a CD of presented materials & articles.

What is not included: hotel stay, car, transport, etcetera.

Full refunds minus a 5% processing fee are available until 1 week prior to the clinic.
