OSB Powerstroke® Triathlon Clinic at TAC in Cary - October 18th

Powerstroke® is Coach Marty's method for teaching effective competitive swimming. It is both a teaching method and a way of swimming. It is a concept developed to help athletes understand the integral relationship between good technique and the application of force when swimming. It is a drill that can be incorporated into daily practices as well as a stroke form that will help you torpedo your way to a PR finish.

Our next Powerstroke® clinic will be held at the Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) in Cary, North Carolina on October 18. The Triangle Aquatic Center is located at 275 Convention Drive, Cary, NC 27511. Just off of I-40 in the Cary Town Center shopping area.

Our itinerary will include:
8-9: Meet and greet in the TAC foyer, Lecture: What is Powerstroke®
9-1030: Powerstroke® Swim Practice, drills, and demonstrations
1030-1130: Individual swimmer filming 1130-1230: Lectures: Effective Swimming Strategies, and Periodization of Triathlon Training
1230-130: Lunch (included)
130-230: Running drills and brief individual form analysis
230: clinic ends

Cost is $95 and includes lunch, a CD of camp materials and a DVD of all attendees' swim analysis. $85 for current OSB athletes or repeat clinic attendees. Please email Coach Marty with any questions.
