Coach Marty will offer a comprehensive coaching package in 2009. This program is for the athlete who requires extensive attention from a highly qualified coach and mentor. This program is designed for the executive-type who wants quick answers and in-depth feedback, personal training regardless of location, regular private weekend training sessions, and complimentary entry into all One Step Beyond camps and clinics.

You will receive:

- Coach Marty will initially fly/drive to your town (continental U.S.A only) for two days to review training grounds and establish key metrics
- Follow up visits every three months, and an open invitation to train with Marty in Cary, NC anytime convenient to you
- Video technique analysis of all sports
- One time nutrition analysis with Jennifer, RD/LDN
- Weekly personal training sessions for local athletes
- Daily phone and email feedback
- Review and analysis of all heart rate and power data files
- Complimentary access to all OSB training camps, masters swim practices, and clinics (room not included for camps)
- Coach Marty will attend your key race(s)
- Ongoing monitoring of all training logs
- All services offered in the Premium Steps package
