Coach Bri Gaal has been coaching triathletes since 2006, from first time athletes, to competitive age groupers, to those who want to finish an Ironman.
Bri provides detailed training plans based on each athlete’s goals, ability, and available time. There is a lot of communication between coach and athlete to allow for the best results possible while maintaining personal life balance, and most importantly, having fun! Each plan is well thought out and takes into consideration a periodized approach to training. Bri also works one-on-one for personal training sessions and leads several of our group workouts.
She has an extensive background in the sport, having done her first triathlon at the age of eight. Bri continued doing youth and sprint triathlons until she focused on cross country and track in high school - where she won nine individual State Championships (Florida).
Bri competed on full scholarship in cross country, indoor, and outdoor track all four years in college. After graduation in 2001, she got back into triathlons and has been enjoying it ever since.
Bri is a USA Triathlon and ASCA US Masters certified coach.
