30-34 Age Group; married to another triathlete Jill Meredith, School Bus Driver. Currently training 12 hours a week, this coming summer will be training 15 to 20 hours to get ready for IM Florida.

Goals
loving husband, to be a lifestyle triathlete, get better at T1 and T2, continue to improve in the swim, someday do a national championship triathlon, break 4:50 at Steelhead 1/2 IM in August 2005, Finish IM Florida 2005, time goal for IM 12 to 13 hours.
